The affect of this indenture is: (1) Town will release the 50’ wide right of way over property of Michelle Daniels from the operation of the Town’s Conservation Easement dated October 26, 2006, and recorded in said Registry at Book 24505, Page 50, encumbering land southerly of Michelle Daniels’ property and the appurtenant easements, and (2) accept from the Falmouth Conservation Trust a replacement 10’ wide easement and right of way for pedestrian travel along the northerly, northwesterly and southwesterly boundaries of Michelle Daniels’ property to be encumbered by the Conservation Easement and appurtenant to said land southerly of Michelle Daniels’ property
encumbered by the Conservation Easement, all as more particularly set forth in said indenture.
