Planning Board Members Present: Don Andersen, Michael Cole, Leslie-Ann Morse, Tom Johnson, Lisa Panaccione, Howard Sandler, John Knox-Alternate, Lee Verrone-Alternate

Staff Present: Sarah Raposa-Town Planner
The Chair of the Planning Board called the meeting to order at 3 pm.
The Planning Board discussed forward movement of the North Eastham Village Center rezoning project with the Board of Selectmen. The Board of Selectmen consensus was support of the project. Mike Cole explained three phases: public input, zoning, and implementation. John Knight proposes renderings and 3-D models. Cape Cod Commission planning and technical assistance would be sought.
Howard Sandler discussed taking Holes Road to open the Macgregor parcel to more industrial space.
Sheila Vanderhoef proposed a “Friends” group to draw community support.
The Boards discussed the Community Planning Forum on September 25, 2010.

A MOTION to adjourn the Planning Board Meeting was made by Lisa Panaccione and Seconded by Don Andersen.
The Vote: 6-0. In Favor: Andersen, Cole, Johnson, Morse, Panaccione, Sandler
