Members Present: Don Andersen, Lisa Panaccione, Howard Sandler, Mike Cole (arrived at 10:15)

Don Andersen opened the meeting at 10:05 am and formally opened the meeting at 10:15 when a quorum was achieved.
Lisa Panaccione gave a PowerPoint presentation on the elements of the Sign Code. Discussion of Dennis’ extensive bylaw and Wellfleet’s simple bylaw. Concern was raised over grandfathering and sunset clause and whether it should be proposed as a zoning bylaw or a general bylaw. Enforcement continues to be a discussion point. It will be important to address existing signage in the bylaw and about removal of unlawful signs.
