Duxbury Zoning Bylaw Review Committee Public Meeting
The Duxbury Zoning Bylaw Review Committee will hold a public meeting to discuss its draft report on the Duxbury Protective Bylaw. The agenda and draft report are attached.
When: Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 7:30 PM
Where: Duxbury Senior Center (Ellison Room), 10 Mayflower Street, Duxbury
Why: To solicit comments on the ZBRC’s draft report on the Duxbury Protective Bylaw.
The Duxbury Zoning Bylaw Review Committee was formed by the Selectmen to review the Bylaw and recommend a plan to improve the clarity, internal consistency, organization, permitting requirements, administration and enforcement procedures of the Bylaw.
