MEETING MINUTES

Present: Nicki Kispert, Norman Tucker, Jody Hall, Martha Himes, Susannah Sheehan.
Call to Order: 7:06 PM
Reading of Minutes: Reading of May minutes postponed until next meeting.
Open Forum: Nothing Presented
New Demolition Application: 661 Washington St. A decision was made to return the application to Shawn Dahlen. The pictures were impossible to decipher and would not have made good records. The title search only went to 1903. Ms. Kispert will return the application with letter stating the reasons.
274 Lincoln St. Ms Kispert moved that the Commission approve the demolition of the family room/garage on the NW corner of home at 274 Lincoln St. Ms. Himes seconded. Motion carried 4 in favor, 1 abstention.
41 Bay Pond Rd. Ms. Himes moved we allow demolition of garage, kitchen, hall, den and 2nd story porch at 41 Bay Pond Rd. Mr. Tucker seconded. Motion carried 5 in favor, 0 opposed.
Miscellaneous: Ms. Sheehan left the meeting at 7:25 pm
