The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. Committee members in attendance were; John Carnuccio, Skip Bennett, Donald Gunster, Julie Waltz, Jack Kent, Shawn Dahlen, Kathy Gould and Ned Lawson. John Brawley was also in attendance.

Update from Aquaculture subcommittee:
The committee has made good progress but missing information continues to be a problem. John Brawley agreed to work with Don Beers to encourage the last few growers to get the information in asap.

2 Pier Reviews:
Shawn Dahlen recused himself from discussion and vote. Both projects have been previously reviewed by this committee.

1.      Dryoff property, 27 Elderberry Lane. After a brief discussion, John Carnuccio made a motion that the application be sent to ZBA with no further comments. Don Gunster seconded the motion and it was unanimously voted in favor.

2.  Gleason property, 27 Beechwood Lane. A motion was made by Ned Lawson, seconded by John Carnuccio and unanimously voted in favor of, to send the application to ZBA with no further comments.
Fish Ladder Update:
John reported that the fish ladder has been fully funded and a low bid contractor identified. Unfortunately, the State has put a moratorium on the harvest of herring so it is unclear as to when fish will be available to stock the river.

Membership:
Jon Nash, Julie Waltz and Skip Bennett are approaching the end of their one year terms. Several people have filled out talent bank info with an interest in serving on this committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 pm

Respectfully submitted,
Skip Bennett
