Community Preservation Committee Meeting

The Community Preservation Committee held a meeting in the Gymnasium of the Duxbury Middle School beginning at 8:10 a.m. Members present included Chairman Holly Morris, Jody Hall, Tony Kelso, Pat Loring, Arthur Vautrain and George Wadsworth. Mr. Wadsworth arrived after the first vote at 8:20 a.m. Diane Bartlett was absent.
1. VOTES ON TOWN MEETING ARTICLES:
Ms. Hall made a motion that was seconded by Ms. Loring.
Motion: that we accept Article 5 as it pertains to the CPA.
Vote: 5 – in favor; 0 opposed. Motion passed.
Mr. Wadsworth arrived at the meeting at 8:20 a.m.
Mr. Wadsworth made a motion that was seconded by Ms. Loring.
Motion: that we recommend approval of the $76,000 expenditure in Article 13.
Vote: 6 – in favor; 0 – opposed. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:25 a.m.
