REGULAR MEETING– 7:30 P.M.

  • PB-8-2013- BRIARCLIFF VENTURES – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 6.22 acre property located at 51 Central Drive.
  • PB-5-2017- DZIEGELEWSKI – SUBDIVISION APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for an approval of a 3 lot subdivision for a 3.85 acre property located at 363 Long Hill Road.
  • ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT- The Board of Trustees has requested that the Planning Board provide comments on a proposed amendment to Chapter 220 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor with respect to clarification of restaurant and retail uses.   
  • VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT:  The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
  • NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for TUESDAY June 13, 2017. The next submission date for applicants is May 26, 2017.
