1. PB-6-2010 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES–SITE PLAN AMENDMENT: The Planning Board will review an application to amend a site plan to make changes to a façade. The property is located at 1880 Pleasantville Road.
2. PB-4-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (PROJECTION SIGNAGE) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located on the corner Pleasantville Road and Orchard Road.
3. PB-5-2014 - URSTADT BIDDLE PROPERTIES (DOM & VINNIES) –SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL: The Planning Board will review an application for a Sign Permit. The property is located at 1858 Pleasantville Road.

11. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT- The Board of Trustees has requested that the Planning Board provide comments on a proposed amendment to Chapter 220-2, Zoning, To Add A New Section~220_9.2 For The Regulation Of Residential Use Of Dwelling Units In Existing Accessory Buildings In The R80a, The R60a, The R40a, And The R40b Single-Family Residence Zoning Districts.
12. VILLAGE ENGINEER’S REPORT: The Village Engineer will provide a report to the Planning Board on ongoing projects.
13. NEXT MEETING: The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for November 12, 2014. The next submission date for applicants is October 24, 2014.
