ZBA 2012-1 Application for a 40’ rear yard & 5’ side yard variance from section 8 for a 14’X42’ shed at 11 Old Farms Road (Map 23 Lot 35A Zone R80) Owner/Applicant: Veronica Stanek (Received March 8, 2012 Public Hearing April 12, 2012 Site March 17, 2012 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
Veronica Stanek was present to speak about her application. V. Stanek stated she would like to put a shed on her property. The size of the property and location of the septic system limits the location the shed can be placed. The Board Members at the April 12, 2012 meeting had asked V. Stanek to bring in the survey map she was having done of the property. The Board Members review the Location Survey map with the applicant The Board Members discussed the location of the shed distance from the property line and size of the shed.

J. Rup motion to approve the application for a 40’ rear yard and 5’ side yard variance. W. Bland seconded the motion.
The Board Members discussed the size and location of the shed. Board Members discussed alterative location for the shed. All voted in favor.
W. Bland motion to approve the minutes of April 12, 2012 with a correction to 40’rear yard and W.Bland being seated for Rick Maloney. Jack Rup seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
Correspondence:
M. Masinda read a letter of complaint from the owner of 2 Moose Meadow Road about the noise from Baywood Kennels. M. Masinda stated that he would talk to S. Yorgensen about the letter.
J. Rup motion to adjourn. M. Masinda seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
