Public Hearing was opened by M. Masinda at 7:30.
ZBA2011-7 Application for Special Exception for office, art studio, teaching space and gallery at 156 River Road (Map 15 Lot 27A Zone R80) Owner: Thomas Buccino Applicant: David Lussier Gallery (Received June 9, 2010 Public Hearing July 14, 2011 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
Pamela Simpson Lussier was present to speak about the application she stated that David Lussier Gallery had been in business for 10 years. They teach weekend work shop. The Gallery is open by appointment only. The office space is for the business.
B. Semprebon asked about parking. Ms. Lussier stated that the Gallery would only be one person and the weekend work shop could be 6 to 8 people. We have 4 parking spaces. The Millworks has 30 on sight parking spaces with 20 more across the street.
M. Masinda asked if anyone present wanted to speak either for or against the application. No one present spoke. Public Hearing closed

Drobney (Received June 9, 2011 Public Hearing July 14, 2011 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
Dorothy Drobney spoke about the application she stated she was looking for an indoor studio space for her digital photography. Nicole Crinite stated she was also looking for a space to do portrait work and plan to do three sessions a week. Only one parking space is needed. Public Hearing closed.
M. Masinda opened the regular meeting.
John Prusak seated for Richard Maloney
Mr. Prusak was appointed as an alternate member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in August of 2010.
