Mark Masinda called the meeting to order at 7:35.
New Business:
ZBA2009-2 Application for 11ft front yard variance (section 8.03) to rebuild and extend sunroom at 216+8 Luchon Road Owner/Applicant: Mark Masinda (Received July 9, 2009 Public Hearing by September 10, 2009 decision within 65 days after close of P.H).
ZBA2009-3 Application for 40 ft front yard variance (section 8.03) for proposed house addition and 11 ft front yard variance (section 8.03)for proposed addition of garage bay and roof at 115 Eldredge Road Owner /Applicant: Alfred & Helen Sadow (Received July 9, 2009 Public Hearing by September 10, 2009 decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
R. Maloney made a motion to set a Public Hearing for both application on the 2nd Thursday August 13, 2009 at 7:30pm. A site walk was set for Tuesday July 14, 2009 5:30. Mr. Sadow property would be first at 115 Eldredge Road, then Mr. Masinda property at 216 +8 Luchon Road. A. Poole seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

Annemarie Poole made a motion to approve the minutes of May 14, 2009. Richard Maloney seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
