M. Masindia opened the public hearing at 7:32
File #ZBA2007-11 Application for a 22’ front line and 16’ side line variance to add a second floor addition, porch and 2 car garage at 16 Latham Road Owner/Applicant: Michael and Lora Kozyra (Map 9 Lot 13 Zone R80) (Received Dec 13, 2007 P.H. January 10, 2008 continued to February 14, 2008 continued to March 13, 2008 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.).
R. Maloney asked Mr. Kozyra to come forward and tell the Board Members about the change he had made to his plan. Mr. Kozyra explained that he had moved the garage back and made changes to the roof line. R. Maloney asked Mr. Kozyra about the hardship. He stated the hardship was the location of the well and the septic system and the topography of the land. R. Maloney asked if anyone present wanted to speak either for or against the application. No comments were made. A brief discussion followed about the amount of variance needed. Mr. Kozyra is asking for a 22’ front line and a 16’ side line variance.
M. Masinda made a motion to close the Public Hearing. N. Wilson seconded the motion. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
Regular meeting was called to order by M. Masinda.
The order of business was changed to start with Old Business.

B. Semprebon made a motion to approve a 22’ front line and a 16’ side line variance for a second floor addition, porch and two car garage. R. Maloney seconded the motion. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
New Business:
R. Maloney made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 10, 2008 meeting with correction and to approve the February 14, 2008 minutes. N. Wilson seconded the motion. All voted in favor. Motion carried
File #ZBA2008-1 Application for a 15’ front line variance for two dormers on west
side of house 6’X28’ & 6’X9’ at 6 Kollar Road (Map 24 Lot 21 Zone R80)
Owner/Applicant: Lee Florian (Received February 14, 2008 Public Hearing on or before
April 10, 2008 decision within 65 days after close of Public Hearing.
Application accepted and Public Hearing date set for April 10, 2008.
Correspondence: Discussion about the meeting at the Aqua Turf and Life time
Achievement award.
Discussion: The Board Members discussed replacing the two alternate members
with member that would be more active in meeting.
The Board asked to have a letter sent to Don Brown thanking him for his service.
The member will review the By-Law and come back with suggestion.
R. Maloney made a motion to adjourn the meeting. N. Wilson seconded. All
voted in favor. Motion carried.
