File # 2003-01 – Application for a 2.5’ Side Line Variance to erect a
garage expansion under Section 8.01, Table 8.02 of the Willington Zoning Regulations for property located at 51 Timber Road. Owner/Applicant: Douglas & Nan Cooper (Zone R80, Map #9, Lot #10-54)
Site walk, Saturday, March 8, 2003. Present for site walk N. Wilson, T.
Smith, D. Brown, D. Cooper.
Present for Public Hearing: D. Brown, acting Chairman; C. Deskus seated for R. Claus; T. Smith seated for C. Csiki; R. Manaskie; and N. Wilson just for discussion. Doug Cooper.
D. Cooper explained project to commission.
Letter was read from George & Laura Turner supporting Mr. Cooper’s request for a variance.
Mr. Manaskie asked if letter was from the abutter on garage side?
Mr. Cooper answered yes.
There was no one present from the public to speak for or against the variance.
Hearing closed at 7:43 p.m.

expansion under Section 8.01. R. D. Brown asked for a motion. R. Manaskie made motion to accept variance. T. Smith seconded. No discussion. Vote: All in favor.
