· To reconsider the Special Exceptions that were granted on February 8, 2001 for: Application #2000-19 East Rock, Inc. (Map 15, Lot 8, Zone R80); Application #2000-20 Impact Strategies (Map 15, Lot 6, Zone R80); Application 2000-21 Plassien Corp (Map 15, Lot 8, Zone R80) 165 River Road, for compliance with any agreements provided and to determine the correctness and validity of information submitted to the Board in support of the above applications.
