D. Schreiber called the meeting to order at 7:30.
W2014-05 Application for Timber Harvest at Hancock Road (Map 38 Lots 026, 26B, 26A, 16, 19 Zone R80) Owner: Margaret Harrison Applicant: Federation Forest Products (Received February 10, 2014.)

The Commission looked at the plans. Steve Acerbo of Federation Forest Products was present~and said the pond on the site drains out of the north end and drains through a field. S. Yorgensen asked the timing of the harvest and Mr. Acerbo said they are going to wait until dry season. Mr. Acerbo said the trail system is in and believes it was harvested approximately 25 years ago.
T. Gutowski said she would like to conduct a site walk. S. Yorgensen will email the Commission members and the applicant to schedule a date once the snow is gone.

W2003-49 Notice of violation: TravelCenters of America (the Lessee) and George Giguere of Royce Properties (the Owner) of property located at 327 Ruby Road.
This matter was tabled.

T. Gutowski motioned to approve the minutes of November 25, 2013. H. Dionne seconded the motion. E. Brand abstained. All others in favor.

Staff Report and Discussion
S. Yorgensen said pre-application may be coming in spring. She said there is one stand-alone wetland that may be affected and another wetland that may connect. A brief discussion was held.
D.Schreiber asked the status of the issue on Hockla Farms Road and S. Yorgensen said the latest response from the Selectwoman said that it has to go in the CIP.
A discussion was held on properties for sale in town that may be of interest to the Conservation Commission.
