D. Schreiber called the IWWC meeting to order at 7:40 PM

W2007-32- Application for construction of a single family dwelling, driveway, septic system, well and site grading within upland review area 6 Kollar Road (Map 24, Lot 21) Owner/Applicant: Lee & Elizabeth Florian (Received 9/24/07, Public Hearing by 11/26/07; Decision within 65 days after close of public hearing)

Old Business
Review of Operation and Maintenance for Storm Water Systems at Town Library at 7 Ruby Road.
S. Yorgensen told the commission members that Karl put together a memo of an operation and maintenance plan from a transfer station for the library to use as an example. She is still waiting to receive their new plan.
Cease and Desist order issued to Joseph Voboril Re: Clover Springs Subdivision Wetlands Permit W2004-04 off Battye Road.
D. Schreiber told the commission members that he and K. Metzler walked the property over the weekend and saw that the stump pile had been moved to an old farm road on the property and that everything had been moved out of the conservation easement. D. Schreiber told the commission that from what he saw, he recommends that the return the bonds for the property.
G. Blessing made a motion to lift the Cease and Desist order issued to Joseph Voboril Re: Clover Springs Subdivision Wetlands Permit W2004-04 off Battye Road. F. Dirrigl seconded the motion. All members voted in favor. Thus the motion passes.
G. Blessing made a motion to return the bonds held for Clover Springs Subdivision, application W2004-04 off Battye Road. F. Dirrigl seconded the motion. All members voted in favor, thus the motion passes.
W2003-49 Notice of violation: Travel Centers of America (the lessee) and George Giguere of Royce Properties (the Owner) of property located at 327 Ruby Rd.
D. Schreiber said that he drove by the property the other day but could not tell if work was being done. S. Yorgensen said that they had begun doing the repair work. F. Dirrigl suggested have members of the commission go out, look at the wastewater treatment area, and make a list of what needs to be done there.

Staff Report
D. Schreiber told the commission that he saw the town public works crew blowing leaves on his road so that they could finish chip sealing.
F. Dirrigl made a motion to adjourn; G. Blessing seconded the motion, all members voted in favor, thus the meeting ended.
