1. TruckCenters of America (the Leasee) and George Giguere of Royce Properties (the Owner) of property located at 327 Ruby Road are in violation of the IWWC Act. By violation letters dated March 18, 2003 they have been instructed to:
a. Appear before the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission on April 28th.
b. Review with the commission your spill prevention plan,
c. Review with the commission your monitoring plan for the biofilter,
d. Develop a plan to restore the biofilter to the condition as authorized by the permit,
e. Develop a plan to restore the wetlands and watercourses to their pre-development conditions,
f. Develop a plan for ground water, surface water, and storm water monitoring and testing,
g. Submit copies of receipts for pumping of all oil/water separators on site for the period of 9/1/2002 through 3/15/2003,
h. Submit copies of inspection logs for all oil/water separators on site from the period of 12/15/2002 through 3/15/2003
i. Submit copies of inspection logs for all UST’s from the period of 12/15/2002 through 3/15/2003.
