TOWN OF WILLINGTON
MINUTES
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
August 19, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. following the public hearing.
First Selectman read the call of the meeting and asked for nominations for a
Moderator. Nancy Vogel made a motion to appoint Michael Eldredge as moderator and was seconded
by Christine Psathas. .
Motion carried.
Item I
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Selectmen, will adopt An Amended Ordinance Establishing Land Use Application Processing Fees..
A motion was made by Ralph Tulis and seconded by Christine Psathas to approve Item I.
Discussion-- Andrew Marco spoke on behalf of Planning and Zoning Commission and said that Land Use Attorney’s had reviewed this Ordinance and was satisfied with the new ordinance. David Lytwyn had a concern as to how this would affect the Mom and Pop sub divisions. Ralph Tulis found a typing error on 3.2.9 1000,000 should have been 100,000 cubic yards, also had questions on 3.2.8, 3.3.2 . .
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Christine Psathas seconded by Elizabeth Marco to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
