TOWN OF WILLINGTON
MINUTES
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
June 17, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 pm.
First Selectman Eldredge read the call of the meeting and asked for nominations for a
moderator. Ralph Tulis made a motion to appoint Michael Eldredge as moderator and was seconded
by Clyde Hall.
Motion carried.
Item I
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance, will authorize the appropriation 0f $25, 818 from DEMHS Grant number FEMA-DR-1619-CT-5R for the design and construction to upgrade the culvert on Turnpike Road Extension. .
Ralph Tulis made a motion to waiver the rereading of the call.
All agreed.
A motion was made by Clyde Hall and seconded by Ralph Tulis to approve Item I.
Discussion followed.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Ralph Tulis seconded by Clyde Hall to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
Motion carried.
