NOTICE AND WARNING
PUBLIC HEARING &
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 19th, 2009 at the TOWN HALL, 11 COMMON ROAD, Willington, at 7:00 P.M. for the following purpose:
1. Presentation and discussion of An Amended Ordinance Establishing Land Use Application Processing Fees.
The electors of the Town of Willington and all persons who are entitled to vote in Town Meeting on the matters mentioned in the following warning are hereby warned and notified to meet in Town Meeting at the TOWN HALL at 11 COMMON ROAD in Willington on August 19th immediately following the 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING for the following purposes:
ITEM I
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Selectmen, will adopt An Amended Ordinance Establishing Land Use Application Processing Fees.
