TOWN OF WILLINGTON
NOTICE AND WARNING
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
The electors of the Town of Willington and all persons who are entitled to vote in Town Meeting on the matters mentioned in the following warning are hereby warned and notified to meet in Town Meeting at the TOWN HALL at 11 COMMON ROAD in Willington on December 13, 2000 at 7:00 P.M. for the following purposes:
ITEM I
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance will authorize the expenditure of
$115,900.00 from the General Fund Reserve Fund with all State reimbursements to be returned to the General Reserve Fund and $22,117.92 from Capital Projects-LOCIP School Wiring to be reimbursed by the State of Connecticut Special LOCIP program for the purpose of design and installation of video, telephone and public announcement wiring and equipment.
ITEM II
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance, will authorize the expenditure of $18,000 from Capital Projects - LOCIP – Town Office Building Telephone System to reimbursed by LOCIP for the purpose of installing a new telephone system at the Town Office Building.
