First Selectman Mailhos called the meeting to order at 4:21 PM with Selectman Littell and Selectman Blessington.
First Selectman Mailhos read the call of the meeting:
TOWN OF WILLINGTON
NOTICE AND WARNING
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
The electors of the Town of Willington and all persons who are entitled to vote in Town Meeting on the matters mentioned in the following warning are hereby warned and notified to meet in Town Meeting at the OLD TOWN HALL at 11 COMMON ROAD in Willington on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. for the following purposes:
ITEM I
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance, will authorize the appropriation of 70,000 from the Capital Reserve Fund to replace a section of roof on the Town Office Building.

First Selectman Mailhos moved to call the Town meeting.
Selectman Littell seconded the motion
Selectman Blessington asked when the Annual Budget Hearing is going to be held. First Selectman Mailhos replied on April 23, 2013.
Vote: 3 Yes (Mailhos, Littell & Blessington) 0 No.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:25 PM
