Special Meeting Minutes
Town Office Building June 14, 2010
Lower Level Small Conference Room 5:15 P.M.
First Selectman Mailhos called the meeting to order at 5:15 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectman Millix & Blessington with Dave Harding and Ken Schoppmann.
A. Executive Session - Pending litigation – MIRMA
Selectman Millix motioned to go into executive session at 5:15 P.M.
Selectman Blessington seconded the motion.
Vote: 3 Yes (Mailhos, Millix & Blessington) 0 No.
The Board invited Superintendent Harding, Donna Latincsics and Chairman Schoppmann of the Board of Finance to join the meeting.
Discussion was held.
Selectman Blessington motioned to come out of executive session at 6:18 P.M.
Selectman Millix seconded the motion.
Vote 3 Yes (Mailhos, Millix & Blessington) 0 No.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:19 P.M.
