First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 4:35 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Palmer & Charette, K. Acimovic and Residents.
A. Appoint members to AD-HOC committee to study request by Willington Hill Fire Department to
purchase land:
First Selectman Eldredge motioned to appoint, Mark Palmer, Lisa Marco, Mike Makuch, Vinnie Tougas, Donna Latincsics, Tyler Millix, David Charette and Ron Gantic, as members of the AD-HOC committee to to study the request from Willington Hill Fire Department to purchase land.
Selectman Charette seconded the motion.

B. Review and discuss latest Temporary Easement and Right of Way proposal for Kechkes Road
Bridge replacement:
Discussion followed about the temporary easement agreement for the bypass road for the Kechkes Road bridge replacement. Diane Becker is requesting consideration of $2,000 from the Town for the Temporary Right of Way. Karl Acimovic provided details for "Schedule A." It was decided to make the width of the temporary easement 15 feet wide in the agreement document. That was the one detail left out of the agreement document.
First Selectman Eldredge motioned that the Board of Selectmen authorize the First Selectman to enter into a Temporary Easement and Right of Way Agreement as discussed, which includes Schedule A; Specified width of the construction bypass, which is 15 feet; the addition of a gate at the Becker and Hasapes property; and the $2,000 consideration with Diane Becker.
Selectman Palmer seconded the motion.

Discussion on the construction schedule followed.
First Selectman Eldredge motioned to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 P.M.
Selectman Charette seconded the motion.
