SPECIAL MEETING FEB. 10, 2009
TOWN OFFICE BUILDING 4:30 P.M.
First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Palmer & Charette and Donna Latincsics, Business Manager.
AWARD GROUNDWATER MONITORING CONTRACT
FIRST SELECTMAN ELDREDGE MOVED TO AWARD THE GROUNDWATER MONITORING CONTRACT TO FUSS & O’NEILL FOR $9,000.00 AS PER THEIR PROPOSAL.
Selectman Palmer seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PALMER & CHARETTE) 0 NO
BUDGET WORKSHOP
The Board and Donna went over each line item in the Selectmen’s budget. Another workshop will be held.
APPROVAL OF C.I.P.
The Board reviewed the C.I.P. plan and decided to send it back for some changes.
SELECTMAN PALMER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 6:30 P.M.
Selectman Charette seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PALMER & CHARETTE) 0 NO
