SPECIAL MEETING MAY 29, 2007
TOWN OFFICE BUILDING 6:00 P.M.
First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Patton and Lewis, D. Latincsics, L. Nicholls and residents.
PUBLIC WORKS
The Board signed bills and leave requests. The Public Works budget was reviewed. The Board checked over the bid packages for a truck and chip sealing and approved both with minor changes. Discussion followed on CL&P cutting trees and easements involved. Discussion followed on having a 4 way stop at Potter School and
Balazs Roads, the Board will think about this. The zero turn mower is up and running. The dimensions for the container have been received. Selectman Patton will check on cost. Selectman Patton gave the Board a proposal for Engineering Services for the Route 74 Bridge; they will look it over and discuss it on Thursday.
SELECTMAN LEWIS MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 7:04 P.M.
Selectman Patton seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PATTON & LEWIS) 0 NO
