SPECIAL MEETING APR. 30, 2007
TOWN OFFICE BUILDING 6:00 P.M.
First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Patton and Lewis, L. Nicholls and residents.
PUBLIC WORKS
The Board signed bills and vacation requests. The following discussions took place:
Transfer Station hours. Purchase of 55-gallon drums for waste oil and transporting to Public Works.
The landscaping trailer brakes and equipment being hauled on it. Regulations for this will be checked.
Calls regarding drainage on Village Hill Road and when construction will start.
Removal of sand from property and whose responsibility it is.
Contractors off loading equipment on roads and causing damage, bills will be sent on this.
SELECTMAN PATTON MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 6:26 P.M.
Selectman Lewis seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PATTON & LEWIS) 0 NO
