SPECIAL MEETING AUG. 23, 2006
SELECTMEN’S CONFERENCE ROOM 4:00 P.M.
First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Patton and Lewis and L. Nicholls, Supervisor of Public Works.
Lynn presented a budget sheet to the Board with everything except electric, telephones, oil and diesel.
This was looked over. Two vacation requests were approved and the Board was brought up to date on various items. Discussion on the roads for chip sealing and various Public Works equipment followed.
SELECTMAN LEWIS MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 4:28 P.M.
Selectman Patton seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PATTON & LEWIS ) 0 NO
