SPECIAL MEETING MAR. 3, 2006
TOWN OFFICE BUILDING 6:00 P. M.
First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Patton and Lewis and Business Manager Donna Latincsics
SET DATE FOR TOWN MEETING
SELECTMAN PATTON MOVED TO HOLD A TOWN MEETING ON MARCH 15, 2006 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE TOWN HALL FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
ITEM I
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance, will authorize the appropriation of $340,800.00 from the Capital Reserve Fund for the design and construction of the Senior Housing Water System.
ITEM II
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance will authorize the appropriation of $210,250.00 from the Capital Reserve Fund to construct the drainage system for Senior Housing Phase II.
Selectman Lewis seconded the motion:
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PATTON & LEWIS) 0 NO
BUDGET WORKSHOP
The Board and Donna Latincsics went over the various line items in the Selectmen’s budget. It was agreed to have another meeting on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at 5:30 P.M. to continue going over the budget.
SELECTMAN PATTON MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 7:55 P.M.
Selectman Lewis seconded the motion.
