SPECIAL MEETING AUG. 8, 2005
TOWN OFFICE BUILDING 6:00 P.M.
First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Blessington and Patton and Karl Acimovic, Town Engineer.
INTERVIEWS
Bids were requested for Qualifications & Proposals for the Operation and Management of a Senior Housing Water Supply & Distribution System. Three companies responded and were interviewed.
Birmingham Utilities at 6:00 P.M.
Lenard Engineering at 7:00 P.M.
Connecticut Water Co. at 8:00 P.M.
A final decision for choice of a management company will be made within the next few weeks.
SELECTMAN BLESSINGTON MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 9:00 P.M.
Selectman Patton seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, Blessington & PATTON) 0 NO
