The meeting was called to order at 2:08 PM with the following members in attendance:
Roby Passardi, Jeff Semmelrock, Brian French (for Lynn Nicholls), Gary Jones, and Jim Harvey.
Members absent were: Lynn Nicholls and Alan Arel.
The minutes of the January 13, 2009 meeting were approved.

Kitchen Repair roof leak. Risk of mold forming.

Kitchen Fasten shelving unit to wall. Unit could fall over
Rear Exit Exit light not working: repair
