Committee Minutes
Regular Meeting
September 28th 2015
Attending Members: Joe Colangelo, Mike Pinatti, Ed Taiman, and Bill Bilyak, and Al Ference were in attendance.
Attending Non Members: Teri Gareau.
Meeting called to order at 7:16 PM.
I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes from the 8/31/15 meeting were reviewed. Ed Taiman moved to accept the minutes, which was
seconded by Al Ference, and unanimously accepted by all members in attendance.
II. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
There was no one present for general discussion.
III. DIRECTORS REPORT:
• Hall Pond proved to be a loss again this year at $2,363.91.
• Willington Recreation shirts for coaches are being priced.
• The RRAC has been rented for most of the upcoming spring sports season.
IV. OLD BUSINESS:
A. The RRAC shed is being delivered the 1st week of November. Joe Colangelo and Mike
Pinatti will meet the delivery truck to assure proper placement.
B. Joe Colangelo will mark the locations for the trash can bases and scoreboard posts for install
in the next two weeks.
C. Passed to next meeting.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
No new business.
VI. ADJOURNMENT:
Joe Colangelo motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Ed Taiman. The meeting adjourned at
7:36PM. The next meeting is scheduled for October 26th 2015 at 7:00PM at the Town Hall Office
Building.
