Committee Minutes
Regular Meeting
April 27th 2015
Attending Members: Joe Colangelo, Mike Pinatti, Ed Taiman, and Bill Bilyak were in attendance.
Attending Non Members: Teri Gareau.
Meeting called to order at 7:09 PM.
I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes from the 4/6/15 meeting were reviewed. Ed Taiman moved to accept the minutes, which was
seconded by Bill Bilyak, and unanimously accepted by all members in attendance.
II. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
There was no one present for general discussion.
III. DIRECTORS REPORT:
• Mike Lapointe is offering dog obedience classes.
• The Bronx Zoo trip has [6] people signed up.
• We have paint chipping on the basketball court at the RRAC. Fireworks have been lit on the
court, which has cause damage as well.
• A possible Eagle project will be repairing the stairs/seating at the lower soccer field at Hall
School.
IV. OLD BUSINESS:
A. The RRAC and Center School are very active with baseball and soccer.
B. Passed to next meeting.
C. Teri reported that the basketball program was very successful this year.
D. Chelsea Bellefleur will be our newest commission member.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Little League did not have a representative present for discussion.
B. A possible WPRC fundraiser might include NBA tickets for The Garden or XL.
C. The WPRC will have a basketball competition for Willington Day.
VI. ADJOURNMENT:
Joe Colangelo motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Bill Bilyak. The meeting adjourned at
8:06PM. The next meeting is scheduled for May 25th 2015 at 7:00PM at the Town Hall Office Building.
