Regular Meeting

Approval of minutes from the 5/8/12 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Continue discussion of WPRC plans for improvement at all parks in the upcoming year that fall within our budget, or are assisted by funds from sports programs outside of the WPRC. Update the final cost and specifications for the new well at the RRAC, and realize a cost for commissioning the system.
- Review the cost and size of a “temporary” building at the RRAC for housing the new irrigation system components, storage and concessions. Discuss procedures for use per program or organization, and what will be required for power needs and maintenance.
New Business
- Discuss new requests for use of the RRAC, including impact of field maintenance, available parking and toilets for possible crowd size, and how to handle garbage from the possible events..
