Approval of minutes from the 3/27/17 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Director’s report
Old Business:
- Progress of RRAC projects including CIP funded irrigation project.
- Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
- Review RRAC upgrades to be completed by LL and their progress to date, including; staining the scoreboard posts, placing stone under the bleachers, and creating a stone base at the front of the concession shed.
New Business:
- 2017/2018 Budget Review
- NEU Land Purchase
- Concerts / Sponsor Package
- Registration/Payment Software for Credit Card Usage
- RRAC parking lot lighting and security camera info for BOF
