Regular Meeting
Town Office Building and RRAC August 29th 2016
40 Old Farms Road 6:30 PM
Approval of minutes from the 8/1/16 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Director’s report.
Old Business:
- Progress of RRAC projects including CIP funded irrigation project and the CIP partially funded exercise stations.
- Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
Review RRAC upgrades to be completed by LL and their progress to date, including; staining the scoreboard posts, placing stone under the bleachers, and creating a stone base at the front of the concession shed.
- Fencing repairs at the RRAC and Town Hall Office Fields.
New Business:
- Review the Summer Concert series
- Discuss the current balance of our WPRD budget and fund balance, and what can be done with it.
- Review the cost for parking lot lighting at the RRAC developed by Eversource.
