I. Approval of minutes from the 11/19/15, 12/7/15, and 1/25/16 meetings.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Progress of RRAC projects including CIP funded irrigation project, shed build out
progress, scoreboard, and CIP partially funded exercise stations.
B. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
C. Progress of the Recreation office relocation.
V. New Business:
A. Discuss the WPRD budget that will be due on February 18th and presented at the
BOF meeting on February 25th.
B. Discuss the current balance of our WPRD budget and fund balance, and what can
be done with it.
C. Create a new CIP request going forward based on lighting the fields ASAP, and
eliminating a future building.
VI. Adjourn.
