I. Approval of minutes from the 9/28/15 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
B. Continue discussion on the RRAC irrigation project. Where are we to date on
progress. What is our shed delivery status and prep work needed for the installation
of the shed.
C. Review the RRAC scoreboard installation progress. The wood posts are installed and
the wiring for the scoreboard and power at the backstop has been installed.
D. The bases have been poured for both new garbage cans and the install needs to be
scheduled.
V. New Business:
A. Commission terms for Chelsea Bellefleur and Al Ferrence need renewal. Al has
decided to move on and Chelsea is willing to continue. We will need to find a
replacement for Al.
B. Discuss the upcoming basketball season and progress to date.
