Regular Meeting

I. Approval of minutes from the 6/1/15 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
B. Continue discussion on the RRAC irrigation project. Where are we to date on
progress. What is our shed delivery status and prep work needed for the installation
of the shed.
C. Review the RRAC scoreboard installation progress. The commission has decided to
use wood posts, and we need to arrange excavation, post install, and wiring.
D. Temporary garbage cans have been installed at the RRAC, with Mayo on a weekly
cycle to collect trash and install bags. Is the trash problem subsiding, and what prep
do we need for installation of the permanent cans. What is the delivery date of the
permanent cans.
V. New Business:
A. Review correspondence from Donna V. Cook and Peter S. Andersen regarding the
State Police Firearms Training Facility proposed for Ruby Road.
B. Create a letter representing the WPRC regarding the State Police Firearms
Training Facility.
C. Discuss a new fundraiser for summer 2015.
D. Discuss field usage fees for the RRAC.
