AGENDA
Regular Meeting
Town Office Building November 24th,2014
40 Old Farms Road 7PM
I. Approval of minutes from the 10/27/14 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot
time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and
waterfront.
B. Continue discussion on the RRAC irrigation project. Request a Town
Meeting for a vote allowing the project to move forward using CIP funding.
The present plan is to relocate the irrigation conduits and fill in the ground
box to match the shed location, and to install the shed. The shed placement is
marked.
C. The scoreboard poles need to be marked for excavation. Decide on a final
location and Joe will mark them on Tuesday the 25th.
D. Review the basketball program for this season including a comment from a
coach presented to Joe Colangelo in regards to team player choices and some
elements of the existing program.
V. New Business:
A. Review “summer programs” for the upcoming season, facility use and field
conditions.
B. Discuss finding a new member to replace Josh Walsh.
VI. Adjourn.
