Regular Meeting

I. Approval of minutes from the 9/22/14 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot
time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and
waterfront.
B. Continue discussion on the RRAC irrigation project. Request a Town
Meeting for a vote allowing the project to move forward using CIP funding.
The present plan is to relocate the irrigation conduits and fill in the ground
box to match the shed location, and to install the shed. A location needs to be
marked for the shed location, and a meeting with Derrick Dimmock to review
excavation and placement of the shed is also necessary. Mike Pinatti and Joe
Colangelo will mark the shed placement this weekend, and Joe Colangelo will
contact Derrick for a meeting on the site.
C. Review the specifications for the RRAC scoreboard installation. Steel poles
are required per the manufacturer. Joe Colangelo will provide a cut sheet with
the manufacturers requirements for review. The existing funds should be
enough to get the supports installed before spring. Discuss the ordering of the
posts and associated excavation, and who will be providing the installation.
V. New Business:
A. Review “summer programs” for the upcoming season, facility use and field
conditions.
B. Discuss finding a new member to replace Josh Walsh.
