I. Approval of minutes from the 5/20/14 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Review the RRAC irrigation project, who our vendors are, and schedule the installation. Ed
Taiman has some information for our shed purchase. Discuss other shed options, and develop
a time line for installation.
B. Discuss the review made by each WPRC member of the [4] fields and waterfront.
C. Create a time line for the install of the scoreboard at the RRAC, and implement the first
installation appropriate to present funding.
V. New Business:
A. Review “summer programs” for the upcoming season, facility use and field conditions.
VI. Adjourn.
