Regular Meeting

I. Approval of minutes from the 2/24/14 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Directors report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Discuss the LL scoreboard fundraiser for the RRAC and our presentation at LL opening day.
We will need volunteers, some promotion, a cost per raffle ticket, permission and some
promotion from LL, and a time limit on the raffle. Our game is 9/7/14, and the four seats are
in Grandstand 12, row 10, and seats 3-6.
V. New Business:
A. Joe Colangelo will provide a list and discussion on members assigned to individual locations
for basic reporting on the present condition of the fields and waterfront and possible
developing problems we can avoid with current actions.
B. Review spring cleanup per field and at the waterfront, any outstanding issues with these areas
and how we are resolving them. Discuss field maintenance including fertilizing, infield
cleanup, fencing, over seeding, and associated. Also review the RRAC basketball surface and
poles/hoops, the pavilion and its condition, playscape and volleyball court.
