Regular Meeting

I. Approval of minutes from the 1/27/14 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Directors report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Discuss the LL scoreboard for the RRAC, scope of work, cost of total install, and associated
fundraising. Project an install date, which should be for late Fall this year allowing use for
Spring 2015.
B. Review the “rulebook” for basketball travel teams and adjust it for the next season, with an
appropriate set of rules that will honored going forward.
V. New Business:
A. Welcome our new commission member Ed Taiman.
B. Joe Colangelo will provide a list and discussion on members assigned to individual locations
for basic reporting on the present condition of the fields and waterfront and possible
developing problems we can avoid with current actions.
VI. Adjourn.
