Regular Meeting

Approval of minutes from the 9-23-13 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Review the upcoming basketball season including continuing discussion of allocated teams, coaches, and court officials.
- Review the cost for the install of a score board at the RRAC and associated power. Discuss the shared cost between LL and the WPRC, order the parts when we can commit to them financially and set a target date for install providing use for the upcoming spring baseball season.
- Discuss upcoming winter recreation programs.
New Business:
- Decide officially on a new commission member based on that person’s response to our request, and the existing members vote.
- Joe Colangelo will provide a list and discussion on members assigned to individual locations for basic reporting on the present condition of the fields and waterfront and possible developing problems we can avoid with current actions.
