Approval of minutes from the 4/30/12 and 7/29/13 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Review discussion on “disc golf” possibilities with materials collected by Teri Gareau defining average install cost, maintenance and amount of land for implementation.
- Develop a cost for the install of a score board, shed and completed irrigation system at the RRAC, and create an ongoing fund raiser targeted at this install.
New Business:
- Review possible candidates for the open position on the commission, and setup interview times.
- Provide a list and discussion on members assigned to individual locations for basic reporting on the present condition of the fields and waterfront and possible developing problems we can avoid with current actions.
- Discuss upcoming fall/winter recreation programs.
