Regular Meeting
Town Office Building July 23rd 2013
40 Old Farms Road 7PM
I. Approval of minutes from the 4/30/12 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Directors report.
IV. Old Business:
A. Review upcoming events for the RRAC, recent events, the present condition of the park and any necessary repairs or upgrades.
B. Discuss our other fields (Hall School, Center School, Town Office Field), their present condition and any necessary repairs or upgrades.
V. New Business:
A. Provide a letter for the town clerk to publish on the Willington website requesting a new member.
B. Discuss possibilities for a security camera for Halls Pond following some damage done this spring.
C. Create and review a list of items, particular to each member, based on the properties the WPRC is responsible for and an annual fundraiser. Include basic reporting on the present condition of the fields and waterfront and possible developing problems we can avoid with current actions. Make the reports part of our monthly agenda if so agreed.
D. Review the possibility of a nine hole “disc golf course”.
VI. Adjourn.
