Approval of minutes from the 8/28/12 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Review field use fees for the RRAC, specifically for upcoming events including in town and out of town requests. Discuss adopting a formal “Field Use Policies and Procedures” form similar to ones used in towns local to Willington.
- Review basketball for the upcoming season
New Business:
- Discuss the 2012 CIP request.
