Town Office Building April 24th 2012
40 Old Farms Road Immediately Following the Town Meeting
Approval of minutes from the 3/27/12 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Continue discussion of WPRC plans for improvement at all parks in the upcoming year that fall within our budget, or are assisted by funds from sports programs outside of the WPRC.
- Review the need for a separate building at the RRAC to house the irrigation system plumbing, electrical, and water storage equipment to allow for an RFP to be issued in regards to a completed install of the water system, possible NU floodlighting, trenching results for the pavilion power, park bench plaques, installation of a bulliten board, and ongoing problems with dog waste.
New Business
- Discuss field maintenance for the [4] Town Fields, including various organizations and school teams who use the fields, in regards to their impact on the fields and resulting added responsibilities they may be willing to help with.
- Review opening day for LL at the RRAC and what the WPRC can do to help.
